My review:


A good read. I liked both Rome and Cora when I first met them in Rule so I was excited to know this story is about them. I think they are very good together, they compliment each other and they help each other overcome the past. Rome has come home from war with demons in his mind, he has nightmares and cant fall asleep without alcohol. Cora is only holding out for the perfect guy because the guy she was in love with years ago has cheated on her and now is marrying the girl he cheated her on with. They have perfect chemistry together, they help each other with their problems and they are both finally happy. There ar also a few surprises, near death experiences, and new developements. I cant wait to hear Nashs story, I hope his is next.

I’m supposed to share interesting details about myself so that my readers get to know me so here we go in no particular order: I’m an natural redhead even though I haven’t seen my real hair color in years, I’m a big fan of tattoos and have a half sleeve on either arm and various other pieces all over the place, I’ve been in the bar industry since I was in college and it has always offered interesting insight into how men and women interact with each other, I have 3 dogs that are all crazy, I live in Colorado and love the snow, I love music and in all reality wish I could be a rock star not a writer or a bartender but I have zero talent so there is that.
