Unravel me (Shatter Me #2) by Tahereh Mafi

Summary:

tick

it's almost
time for war.

Juliette has escaped to Omega Point. It is a place for people like her—people with gifts—and it is also the headquarters of the rebel resistance.

She's finally free from The Reestablishment, free from their plan to use her as a weapon, and free to love Adam. But Juliette will never be free from her lethal touch.

Or from Warner, who wants Juliette more than she ever thought possible.

In this exhilarating sequel to Shatter Me, Juliette has to make life-changing decisions between what she wants and what she thinks is right. Decisions that might involve choosing between her heart—and Adam's life.

My review:

“Books are easily destroyed. But words will live as long as people can remember them.”

I thought Shatter me and Destroy me were amazing. I wasnt wrong but Unravel me is something on a whole new level. It is even more beautiful, hot and intense and I thought  it cant be possible to read something this powerful. I am happy I was wrong. Tahereh Mafy has a beautiful writing style, she created an amazing world and such fascinating and wonderful characters and the storyline is so surprising and it keeps us in suspense through the whole book. Juliette is a great character, we see her going from being scared and insecure , to  self-conscious and lonely and indecisive to  a girl finally aware of her power and that she can save the people she cares about and a girl strong and angry enough to finally fight back. I like Adam, I think he is a good guy, if a little to whiny but I think the right guy for Juliette will always be Warner. And he has a great name *sigh* That chapter 62 nearly ruined me *fans herself* I love his strenght, his mad love for Juliette, and how he sees her. Then there is Kenji who is a bright spot for Juliette when everything is going wrong, he makes her smile and is a true friend. I cant wait to see what happens in the final chapter of this story, I know Ignite me will leave me probably heartbroken.

“The man is moody as hell.”

“I am not moody—”

“Yeah, bro.” Kenji puts his utensils down. “You are moody. It’s always ‘Shut up, Kenji.’ ‘Go to sleep, Kenji.’ ‘No one wants to see you naked, Kenji.’ When I know for a fact that there are thousands of people who would love to see me naked—”
